Support is Vitally Important to you and to us, and we are committed to providing timely support for all our clients, but we need to conduct a little reality check before we go on.

If you buy a product for $395  and expect to find a qualified person sitting around at the end of a phone waiting to answer your call 24/7 then to put it plainly, your reality check just bounced.

Now we could charge yearly support fees, as some competitors do, but that's not fair when the guy who makes 2 calls a year pays the same as the guy who makes 4 calls a week.

Or we could charge by the minute, but if we didn't explain something clearly enough in the first place, it just doesn't seem right to make you pay to get an explanation.
