Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the contouring program. We got approval on Thursday for an 8-acre used car lot,
with topo.
I did most of the field work on Friday, finished it Saturday morning, did the drafting on Sunday,
and I am delivering to the startled
architect this morning. He has
recommended several excellent
clients to us and we especially wanted to give him outstanding
service.
The
contour program worked perfectly. I
could not have asked for more. B.S.

>>Your offer of a CD sounds great. Thanks for the quick response. L R T 19/9 (after experiencing trouble downloading from Internet)
>> Thank you for giving such a quick reply. R.T 31/10 (after experiencing trouble with Windows ME)
>> Thanks again for your help, I think we have a winner. J B 2/11 (after reporting problems with inputting feet and receiving an update)
>> Thanks for the road tutorial. Like the other tutorials, it's very well written. I had tried it out already and I am pretty confident now of getting any road design job done and plotted with Ezicad. There are a lot of excellent features in there for the surveyor and the engineer, especially the vertical alignment design which can be amended graphically, real-time, on the screen and the Tile Roadworks function where cross sections are constantly tracked. >> Thanks for the patch. I had installed it and it is working fine. I'm sure Ezicad will not act-up again after your tune-up. C.K. 11/11 (after reporting a problem with the plot format in profiles)
>> Because of your determination to make things work our way, the program is an now an asset to my daily work. J B 13/11
>> I am very happy to see that you are committed to providing a good product at a very affordable price with reliable after sales service. This is very good for small companies like mine and I can sleep easy knowing my investment is totally secured with this sort of customer service. You know, yours is the only company that I have been able to communicate effectively (and on a quite personal basis) on product support. Most other companies think more about the $$ than anything else. Some even refused to send me an upgrade when I pointed out the bugs in their programs and at the time I believed my support agreements were still current. They just conveniently ignored my pleadings and emails. CK 15/11
>> I really love the software but I do need lots of instructions, as I am not a computer wizard. Thanks for listening R T 15/11 (after receiving an answer to a simple question)
>> It never ceases to amaze me what a program like this can do. I think it almost starts thinking for itself. J B 22/11 (after finding a routine he hadnt seen before)
>> Thank you for staying with me and not only getting the program fixed but also heading me in the right direction. J B 25/11 (after a small modification to suit local work practice)
>> After plotting my subdivision I thought a list of all bearing and distances would be in order. So I looked under strings and found you had thought the same and provided for such a listing. Great! J B 3/12 (reporting on the delight of finding what was needed where he thought it should logically be)
>> Thank you for responding so quickly to my inquiry re Site Key problems. I have entered the new Key you forwarded to me and things appear to be working properly now. I utilize the program on a regular basis now. Thanks! CN 22/1/01 (after he somehow managed to kill his license)
>> The program certainly is great to use and functions as you describe it, even the 3D extra.
I only had one major problem. I had to get my trusty Oxford or Webster and decipher what a "kerb' was. They said "Brit" so now I will never know what that vertical section of concrete is called. T C 22/1/01 (a little tongue in cheek about the kerb/curb spelling, but it lead to the introduction of alternative spellings being used where appropriate)
>> I've had time to look over the manuals for the Ezi software you sent me, and found it very well ordered for straight forward useability. In fact the Ezifield program is better than anything I have ever seen! D B 30/1 (after a preliminary look )
>> Thanks for all your interest in reaching out and touching your customers. Thats the real standout about your product. D B 13/2
